Generate and update procedures and instructions required for microbiological lab activities.
Responsible for microbiological sampling, testing and recording of results for:
Clean room validation;
Clean room periodical monitoring;
Testing of biological indicators;
Microbiological testing of products and components.
Day-to-day follow-up to ensure that the microbiological lab activities are performed according to the defined specifications and procedures.
To ensure preparation and timely submission of test samples to external labs.
To liaise with all external contract testing laboratories.
Participate in relevant validation activities required for products, processes and methods.
Investigation of out of specifications.
Share in internal auditing.
Identify resources and needs required to ensure good job performance of subordinates.

Experience: Minimum 5 years' microbiology experience in Medical Devices industry or
7-10 years' microbiology experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
Location: based Alexandria
Education: graduate from faculty of Sciences "Microbiology" or Pharmacy.
Knowledge: strong knowledge of Pharmacopeia, WHO guidelines for Microbiological lab, cGMP, ISO 17025.
Skills:
Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Search Engine, E-mail) and language (Arabic and English "written & spoken").
Very good communication skills.
Abilities:
Ability for accepting new ideas and adapting to new assignments.
Problem solving skills.
Able to work effectively and efficiently with others.
