Job Description
- Set sales objectives for Mienta brand and measure performance against targets.
- Develop seasonal sales promotions in line with key annual promotional events, and ensure proper implementation across all sales channels.
- Scan and research the market for new sales channels to enlarge existing list of merchants and widen the distribution network.
- Assess and increase business growth in existing sales channels
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
- Provide detailed and accurate sales analysis to forecast sales targets and assist management in making well-informed business decisions
- Manage sales process from start to finish and ensure that received orders are delivered on time
- Work closely with the marketing dept. to develop innovative ways to raise brand awareness through various marketing activities.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure necessary stock availability prior to promotional periods.
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Following up on outstanding accounts receivable and maintaining approved credit limits for individual traders in accordance with company policies.
- Perform other work assigned by direct manager in accordance with company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- From 15 to 20 years of experience preferably in the sector of home electric appliances
- Adequate use of the English language
- Excellent leadership, management and negotiation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
