About the Role
You will join a cross functional team building the heart of our workflow, the operations portals. You will work closely with the Product Owner and the team to discover, validate and ship new features and improvements that would help us with our mission to shape the future of financial inclusion.

- Create user-centered designs for web applications by understanding business requirements and user pain points.
- Map out user workflows of the existing and the new
- Develop UX concepts, user workflows, and wireframes (starting from low fidelity to high fidelity)
- Deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
- Working closely with the product owner to optimize performance metrics based on qualitative and quantitative research
- Develop design patterns that can be implemented across the entire platform
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
Job Requirements
- +2 years of experience as a Product Designer
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or digital agencies
- Strong command of Figma, the use of variables, scaling style sheets and building prototypes as well
- A solid understanding of all disciplines of UX and UI (e.g., IA, user flows, wireframing, prototyping and visual design)
- A strong visual design background demonstrated through a portfolio
- Know-how in the field of research: interviewing users, setting up surveys and usability tests as well as interpreting the results
- Being able to interpret analytics into opportunities for improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions and back them up
- You are always up-to-date with new trends and design guidelines
- Fluency in English; written and spoken
- Previous experience in creating Arabic designs
- Previous experience in Fintech is a huge plus
