Job Description
- Establish multiple relationships in main accounts with proper deep analysis of contacts map in each main account
- Provide required reports to Senior Management with high accurate information; including account’s structure, contacts, opportunities, etc.
- Work with their team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Accomplish Business Development human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Prepare Business performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
