Job Description
- Promote Mantrac programs to the customer by phone/e-mail/fax.
- Contact customers to present MANTRAC Prime Products (Machines New, Used & Rental), (Material Handling Equip) in additional of SEM Prime Products, as well as answering all technical and commercial inquiries.
- Participates in quotations preparations, terms of payment for his Manager’s review and approval.
- Presents technical publications as appropriate, to customers and explains CATERPILLAR Products VS non- CAT Products.
- Provides weekly pre-call plan and reports his daily activities and refers any difficulties/problems to his Manager for action.
- Assists with the solution of customer problems with MANTRAC.
- Keeps good control on his customer list and keeps updating customers’ profiles and population.
- Reports any Power Generation product sales leads.
- Contact the customer needed according to the target of 25 calls by Natterbox, from indoor and update them on the Sales Force
- Review the customer list according to each responsibility and try to reach the target needed by selling Construction All to the customers.
- Negotiate with the customer for the quotations issued for the prices, and try to achieve customer satisfaction as well as increasing the company’s revenue.
- Focus on the ISR Customers and increase their selling.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience.
- Preferable to have previous experience in call center agents or Material Handling.
Knowledge:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in any major.
