Job Description
- Manage installation schedules & ensure that mechanical work is completed on time according to estimated schedule.
- Responsible for kitchen equipment installation process and supervise technician during work execution.
- Resolve issues that arise during the installation process to prevent delays.
- Oversee all operating processes to ensure that the most efficient and effective use is made of resources and that quality standards are adhered to.
- Visit orders location to monitor the final product and ensure it meets the established standards in terms of both quantity and quality.
- Achieve (the company target in Customer satisfactions
- Coordinate and maintain regular contact with other departments to ensure schedules are on track, identify potential problems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for all orders.
- Monitor order budgets to ensure that the optimum use is made of installation resources and cost.
Job Requirements
- BS of Architectural or any relevant major.
- 2-4 years of experience as installation engineer for kitchen is a must.
- Excellent command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management.
- Presentable and excellent customer care skills.
