Job Description
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Managing Datacenter and system devices Monitoring servers and network devices
- Solving any incident or problem related to the servers or network
- Administration of Systems infrastructure according to our strategies
- Managing Microsoft Infrastructure Platform
- Managing Microsoft Messaging environment
- Managing Virtualization technology
- Administration of backup systems on daily basis
- Managing End Point Security Systems to ensure maximum protection.
- Managing SharePoint server
- Monitoring Servers and systems devices through the monitoring application
- Manage the system license and taking needed actions
- Respond to escalated tickets of the system team
- Delivering technical training sessions for the team to ensure continuous improvement
- Creating the needed reports, documents and manuals as needed
Job Requirements
- BSC of engineering or computer science or related
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) is a must
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) – Data Centre Virtualization is a must
- 8-10 Years’ of Experience in the same field
