Reengineer B.Tech’s systems setup to provide systems’ reliability and availability (averaging 99.99% uptime).
Establish automated server generation routines.
Optimize system performance to respond to security or usability concerns.
Upgrade and configure system software for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
Maintain security protocols to identify any possible intrusions.
Ensure that all server hardware, operating systems, software and procedures aligned with organizational standards and strategic business plan.
Create backup Schedule to ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media
Troubleshoot advanced network/systems issues reported by users to ensure providing excellent service to internal and external customers.
Increase team productivity and automated repetitive tasks by using batch files, PowerShell, VBScript and WMI.
Train employees across multiple departments on network operations including log-in procedures, network management software, permissions, printing issues, security and use of software.

Bachelor degree in, Computer Science, Information technology or any of its equivalent
Certificates: Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco/VMware technologies are required
ITIL or PMI Certification is preferred
Knowledge of hardware and software lifecycle management
MCSA certificate is a must.
CCNA certificate, RHCSA certificate are preferred.
