Job Description
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing Sales strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product.
- Implement strategic sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Participate in planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales team to accomplish objectives.
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Complete strategic sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business management or relevant field - Engineering is a plus
- (12 - 15) Years of IT sales experience.
- Experience in selling HP, LEXMARK printers, DELL Hardware and DELL Software; Solutions Selling is a PLUS.
- Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
