Job Description
- Plan and implement marketing programs
- Monitor competitors’ moves as well as special promotions
- Prepare ad hoc / event promotion proposals
- Prepare monthly closing reports for all activities in traditional trade sector and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate with Product specialist the execution of launching new products
- Conduct weekly market visits to monitor products’ availability and visibility, price fishing, sales team’ relationship with customers, and recommend corrective actions
- Review and update promotional calendar on monthly basis
- Deliver product knowledge presentations for new comers and sales force when needed
- Coordinate with the Art Designer the execution of flyers, banners, magazines, …etc required for Trade Marketing’ activities
- Update Price Positioning Reports and discuss recommendations with concerned
- Update company’s Price List and Traders Offers
- Responsible for monthly allocation of Loyalty Program
- Align merchandising & trade marketing teams to achieve brand’s plan & increase visibility in the region
- Set meetings with Merchandisers to follow-up on the tasks on hand & set supportive/corrective actions
- Develop skills set of merchandising and trade marketing teams
- Analyze Sales and Promotional growth in order to set a proper base for Sales Forecast
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar field
- Car is must
- Flexibility and willing to work inside markets on ground
- Very good English
- 23 to 27 years old
- Males only
