Job Description
- Recording the hiring data on the HR System.
- Screening CVS and schedule interviews.
- Attending interviews - prepare and fill the interview evaluation sheets.
- Implementing and Updating the Policy and Procedures as requested
- Assisting in job analysis and job descriptions
- Assisting in Creating and updating Organizational Charts
- Building an Organization Development data and archive.
- Dealing with mass recruitment
- Assisting Performance Appraisals
- Filing CVs and employees data
- Generating Job Offers, issue HR Letters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Recruitment and OD Preferable in Real Estate
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Language
- Excellent user of all Microsoft Applications
