Job Description
- Revises and manage various types of agreements and terms and conditions for different transactions including but not limited to management agreements, lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, partnership agreements, legal settlement agreements, and service agreements.
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits).
- Advising the human resources department on employment law and labor and benefits issues.
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks.
- Representing companies in front of all government agencies and taking the necessary measures for companies to comply with the latest applicable legislation, laws and decisions.
- Preparing, drafting and reviewing all types of contracts for the company from partnership contracts, franchises, work and other contracts.
- Follow up with the law firms on the legal pleadings and drafting legal researches.
- Organize and Update Legal documents (Critical Documents, Original Contracts and License).
- Drafting, Reviewing and Editing contracts and agreements (complex commercial agreements, government and sales contracts and tender documents, Rents. etc.).
- Introduce legal advice to different departments (Financial, sales and Technical).
- Prepare and present legal documents and studies required by contracted lawyers, follow-up on lawsuits in courts.
- Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the company activity.
Job Requirements
- Faculty of Law English Section.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Very good Communication Skills
- Strong drafting skills (i.e. comfortable drafting legal documents in both English & Arabic).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good in MS Office
