- Business process engineering, enhancement and implementing

- Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards (SoPs, Manuals, SoWs, BBP,
SolMan….etc.) - Establish and enforce organization standards; adhering to legal regulations
- Manage SAP support operation and team (FICO, MM, SD, PM, BOBJ, BW, SFA, …etc.)
- Responsible for application maintenance and support
- Ensure the operability and effectiveness of the core business processes
- Determined the new project’s work scope, SoW’s, project plans, etc..
- Enhance and automate the business processes
