Job Description

  • Managing all community platforms (Online and Offline) 
  • Handling registration and follow up process of our courses.
  • Make sure all our programs run smoothly and our students are satisfied without any problems besides helping us gaining more qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, social media and Communications teams. 
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner. 
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.

Job Requirements

  • High Communication Skills 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Knowledge of online marketing
