Job Description
- Prepare Month end close and journals for the accounts
- Review and re-conciliate monthly PO and invoiced values to establish monthly accruals; review billing values.
- Track monthly labour costs to confirm recharges.
- Check the P&L of the Account and the alignment with commercial model
- Extract data by ERP system and provide the details at Site Manager
- Request of Invoicing for each location
- Support for monthly review pack helping the Site Manager in understanding variances to expected results and in implementing corrective actions in case needed.
- Completion of balance sheet reconciliations
- Tracking of glide-path savings
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Business Partnering with the local operations teams to generate savings initiatives
- Coordination and consolidation of the Profit and loss for all the sites
- Adhoc reports and analysis to client budget
- Outlook and submit monthly accruals in month end close and support Site Manager in variance commentary against client budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
- 3- 5 years in the same field.
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good command of English Language
- Very good Computer Skills
