Job Description

  • Provide first & second level of support to his customers within the  SLA of customers calls  by troubleshooting onsite or remotely Samsung&Ricoh photocopiers performance issues,any problems and replace any defective parts in the customer products
  • Reporting the tasks and calls to direct manager
  • Do preventive maintenance PM for the contracts(Hardware and/or Software)
  • Open case with supplier response center for products problems in contracts and warranty and follow up
  • Check pre-installation requirements &site preparations for new H/W installation.
  • Dealing with the time&material calls as per the priorities of the work permits.
  • Issuing customer quotations for spare parts and working hours
  • Improve and increase the qualification and job skills by continuously attending technical courses ,studying the needed manuals .
  • Issue and release H/W spare parts from support department spare parts stock and order new spare parts in case of unavailability in the stock and follow up receiving of the ordered spare parts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors of Electrical,Mechatronis or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent technical and field support experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Multitasks and hard worker
  • Fast learner
  • Very good English command
  • Very good in Microsoft office
