Job Description
- Overseeing and developing marketing tools
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define target customer/segments
- Handle website creation and development according to company growth
- Develop and update company profile according to company vision and mission
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information to give sales directions
- Organizing events by coordination with sales department
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal communication with in the company departments and management through CRM system
- Monitoring performance and effectiveness through ERP system
- Managing company existence on social media.
- Attend related events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions to build market awareness
- Create marketing plan
- Build an archiving system to reach the ISO certificate
- Create semiannual marketing report to board members
- Create customer questionnaires in order to reach the maximum level of customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 3- 6 years Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
