Job Description

  • Responsible for the hiring plan and the overall interviewing process
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles 
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
  • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
  • Host and participate in job fairs
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
  • Design and create job descriptions
  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans to HR manager
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard and manage onboarding staff

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office user
  • Excellent user of online recruitment platforms (such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf...etc.)
  • Experienced in IT/Tech recruitment is a plus
  • Time and stress management skills
  • Organizing, planning skills, and detail-oriented
  • Positive, responsible, and hard worker
  • Problem solver and have analytical skills
