Job Description
- Responsible for the hiring plan and the overall interviewing process
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen resumes and job applications
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
- Host and participate in job fairs
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Design and create job descriptions
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans to HR manager
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard and manage onboarding staff
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office user
- Excellent user of online recruitment platforms (such as LinkedIn, Wuzzuf...etc.)
- Experienced in IT/Tech recruitment is a plus
- Time and stress management skills
- Organizing, planning skills, and detail-oriented
- Positive, responsible, and hard worker
- Problem solver and have analytical skills
