Job Description
- Plan project resources from all dimensions and aspects.
- Set detailed feasible action plans that achieve the goals and objectives of the project and align with the organization’s overall business strategy.
- Manage resources to complete the project tasks which include skilled and experienced workers. Manage time and communicate effectively with all stake holders concerned.
- Set budgets and plan proper funding for the project is, having that gets accepted and then keeping the project within or under that figure is often what makes or breaks a project.
- Mentor and coach other colleagues on the job.
- Monitor and maintain quality, client satisfaction and deliver to stakeholders what they expect and make sure that they’re satisfied with the results
- Figure out the types of risks and set in place a plan of action if they occur.
- Manage issues and risks which could be potential problems, the ones that have yet to occur or might not ever.
- Monitor progress and make sure a project is progressing as planned, you must constantly measure it and compare those metrics against the plan you created.
- Report, document: and communicate with the team and stakeholders.
- Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities’ regulations.
- Manage project teams and provide guidance, managerial, technical support as needed.
- Attend regular meetings (on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) with project stakeholders, Client and Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
- Monitor project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
- Manage and control project cash flow.
- Manage all requisitions and payments including line releases, project payroll and maintain best possible cash flow throughout the project, communicating issues proactively.
- Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims,
- Schedule, resolve disputes, up-coming activities and safety records.
- Manage and oversee trade receivables (clients), creditors (suppliers) and treasury management and direct audit efforts to ensure financial standards are being met.
- Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with conditions of contract, particular specifications, General Specifications, and contract drawings and BOQ.
- Monitor the master program schedule progress and perform critical path analysis.
- Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis deploying proper software tools and applications such as MS Project Plan and Primavera.
- Establish and monitor program and project controls in terms of KPI's.
- Develop action and project recovery plans to support project delivery on timely fashion.
- Manage the delivery of all necessary manuals to the owner, consolidates project documentation and files.
- Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process.
- Manage project closeout and ensuring the receiving of final taking over certificate.
- Assume additional responsibilities as directed by immediate manager.

- B.Sc. in Engineering - Faculty of Engineering.
- OSHA General Industry Safety and Health
- Professional project management, PMP
- Master's degree in MBA
