Job Description
- Monitoring Sales teams performance and leads through CRM
- Basically responsible for Leads, leads auditing, call quality and coaching, meetings auditing and NPS and deals verification.
- Creating and enforcing the whole sales process and workflow to reach the company's targets with high quality and effective way.
- Coaching and training the sales team (calls and CRM) to invest in our sales team and get best results
- Creating high quality content of ads to insure best lead's quality
- Make Weekly and monthly Sales reports and analytic insights / score sheets to enhance our numbers and performance .
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales operations / real estate filed is a must
- Fluent in English
- Expert in Microsoft excel
