Job Description

  • Summary of Role:

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction by providing information in response to inquiries about products and services and Interacting with customers to handle and resolve complaints.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls and handle technical queries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Follow up technical issues with other departments in order to meet our customer satisfaction.
  • Complete and process forms, applications, and requests.
  • Deal directly with customers face to face or through phone.
  • Handle and prepare daily activity reports requirement.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Receive, communicate and distribute external company’s faxes, Bosta and packages to concerned departments.
  • Compile reports and follow up on overall customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads through sending offers and new products announcements to customers.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in the same position
  • Good user of office applications
