Job Description
- Review purchase requisitions.
- Follow up the execution of purchase orders on the date specified for them.
- Get price offers and differentiate between them.
- Searching for new suppliers.
- Issuing supply orders according to the approved procurement regulation.
- Directing direct purchase orders with purchasing representatives.
- Review what has been received with the stores to ensure that the materials that have been requested have been received with the required specifications.
- Follow up the suppliers' dues with the financial department after ensuring the completion of the papers for each purchase.
- Make periodic reports on the status of purchase orders and suppliers' dues.
- Making periodic reports of suppliers' dues.
- Follow-up of warehouse balances for what is required after reviewing the stores.
- Participate in developing the procurement procedure, which improves work performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience
