Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective.
- Compute customer's installation or production costs and estimate savings from new services, products, or equipment.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective and existing clients and answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Job Requirements
Sales and Marketing:
- Knowledge of principals and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services including marketing strategy, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Customer Service:
- Knowledge of principals and processes for providing customer needs, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
English Language:
- Fluent English written and spoken.
- Excellent MS Office.
Education:-
- Bachelor degree ( preferable engineering )
Owing a car is preferable
