Job Description

  • Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans
  • Directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
  • Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
  • Monitoring Sales Representative team's performance – establishing random confirmation phone calls to clients - and motivating them to reach targets
  • Train new staffs, and prepare orientation program for the new hired (double visits, training material & train new hired on needed business reports)
  • Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process

Job Requirements

  • University degree preferably from a health-related medical school e.g. Medicine, pharma, dentistry, veterinary, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing (MBA - Marketing Diploma) preferred
  • Experience in e-health commerce is an asset. 
  • Age 35-45 years
  • Effective interpersonal skills, leadership skills & creativity
  • Strong background in managing a large team of sales reps across different geographies’.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Have managed and supervised operations in the field in many governorates with a strong network with physicians, insurance providers, sponsors, etc.
  • Good command of basic computer programs and the English language. 
  • Adequate knowledge of online marketing tools.
