Job Description
- Revising and implementing the sales strategies plans
- Directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives
- Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
- Monitoring Sales Representative team's performance – establishing random confirmation phone calls to clients - and motivating them to reach targets
- Train new staffs, and prepare orientation program for the new hired (double visits, training material & train new hired on needed business reports)
- Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision-making process
Job Requirements
- University degree preferably from a health-related medical school e.g. Medicine, pharma, dentistry, veterinary, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing (MBA - Marketing Diploma) preferred
- Experience in e-health commerce is an asset.
- Age 35-45 years
- Effective interpersonal skills, leadership skills & creativity
- Strong background in managing a large team of sales reps across different geographies’.
- Ability to multitask.
- Have managed and supervised operations in the field in many governorates with a strong network with physicians, insurance providers, sponsors, etc.
- Good command of basic computer programs and the English language.
- Adequate knowledge of online marketing tools.
