Job Description
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Managing our distribution trucks
- Set and monitor store’s budget, making every effort to maximize efficiency and profits
- Control and evaluation of sales activities, including identifying sales areas, Achieving sales targets, prepare sales activity reports, evaluating achieved results and taking appropriate corrective actions to improve performance.
- Study and follow up the market share of the company and competitors and follow up the strategies of competitors and all changes that occur in the market.
- Working to increase market share by increasing the volume of sales.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a retail store and oversees salespeople, customer service
- Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and store presentation

Job Requirements
- Experience 4+ years as a sales supervisor (with proven experience in distribution)
