Job Description
- Conducts sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions, mobile or any needed communication channel with both potential and existing customers.
- Responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary.
- Arranging meetings with potential clients
- Follow up with the customers throughout the whole cycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients.
- Monitor and report market conditions in relation to competitors.
- Follow up the items display, pricing, shortage and item movement.
- Maintain a professional company image at all times.
- Follow up internally with other departments (Finance, Marketing, Logistics…) for all details regarding his customer (payment – Shipping details….)
- Handle the new Business accounts that he/she opened & fulfill their customers' requirements.
- Report the visits & their outcome to the direct manager on daily basis.
- Plan his Route to achieve the target & set himself a daily target.
- Assess customers’ needs & Solve any problems, provide assistance and information on product features.
- Follow and achieve department’s sales target on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a sales representative (Minimum 2 years).
- Preferred experience in toys
- Good English Speaking & writing.
- Target Oriented
- Presentable.
- Strong communication & problem-solving Skills and ability to handle customers objection.
- Very good user of MS office & E-mail etiquette.
- Customer oriented.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Good Listener, trustworthy & self-Confident.
- Car owner is preferred.
