Job Description
- Create and modify product content that is published on e-Commerce platforms.
- Manage Spinneys online inventory (Website & Application) and suggest new trendy features to be added.
- Monitoring and analyzing the behavior of visitors and customers of an online store. Collecting comments regarding changes in the functionality and user interface. Proposing changes to enhance the functionality and user interface to the superior.
- Develop the Media Marketing campaigns, Google Ads (Search – GDN – YouTube – App), Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.
- Monitor changes in website order number, sales and products stock.
- Assist with forming Spinneys overall digital marketing strategy.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, and distribution.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, IT and Operations) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Suggest new products or categories to be added on the website.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business (preferably FMCG).
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
