Job Description

  • Receiving the couriers/Customers issues through our support channel: Live chat “ Intercom ” then solving them.
  • Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
  • Stores content uploading and quality control over the stores’ profiles.
  • Maintain open line of communication with couriers so that we are aware of the status of our service
  • Suggest enhancements and improvements to training modules and rider communication to address knowledge gaps and weaknesses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 25 years old max.
  • 1+ experience “ Live chat -  logistics - delivery follow up ” 
  • Able to work alternate shifts “ Rotational Shifts ”.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Very Good in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Males and Females.
