Job Description
- Responsible for servicing and maintaining all types of light current work undertaken within Service Level Agreements. Multi skilled with electrical core competence.
- Maintaining and repairing all building services light current equipment, which may include motor control panels, Security system, BAS, PA, FAS and others.
- To be fully conversant with electrical isolation and test requirements.
- Service and maintain light current equipment associated with building services systems.
- Active involvement in day-to-day operations of building light current equipment.
- Fault finding on building light current equipment.
- Carry out/assist in all minor new works including system installations and refurbishments as required.
- Carry out basic maintenance on light current systems.
- Prepare detailed reports/technical. Communications on work carried out and submit to contracts administrator/client as required.
- Recommend plant/efficiency improvements.
- Promote and maintain safe working practice in line with EHS system.
- In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in similar projects.
- Alex Resident is must .
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in banking or retail sector .
- Very good technical experience.
- Good Leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving.
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative.
- Able to quickly study and react to complex issues.
