Job Description
A leading Printing and packaging company located in Obour city
is urgently hiring (HSE Manager) with the following requirements:
- Traffic and inspection of all safety means for the fire alarms
- Responsible for distributing the main tasks of the department
- Responsible for the insurance of hazardous works carried out in the production divisions through the issuance of work permits
- Follow up and ensure the quality and safety of safety and health tools
- Responsible for dealing with government agencies to end all procedures related to safety, health, and environment
- Preparation of training programs including fire plans and emergency plans
- Preparation of semi-annual statistics on (occupational injuries - chronic and chronic diseases - occupational diseases – serious accidents)
- Responsible for the implementation of occupational safety and health regulations and laws
Job Requirements
- Bachelor, masters or doctorate level qualification in HSE or engineering or related discipline
- 10-years of experience
- NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
- Assist in compliance review, local audit, ISO systems, risk assessments, and other related that help the HSE organization
- Setup safety operational procedure that can identity hazards across
- Regularly inspects the work environment to make sure the company HSE policies and procedure are followed
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills with ability to execute and follow through
- Positive influencing: ability to convince others, gain agreement or acceptance of plans, activities and ability to move others willingly towards a desired goal or course of action
- Ability to drive continuous improvement of the processes, policies, standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurship, result oriented, negotiation, problem solving, project management, business acumen
- Very good verbal and written English language skills
