Job Description
- Selecting and evaluating the best suppliers on a monthly basis by submitting reports to the direct manager to ensure obtaining the best quality of display units in the company’s exhibitions and external exhibitions
- Request quotations from suppliers to evaluate them and choose the highest quality and lowest cost in partnership with the direct manager
- Notify the direct manager of the most appropriate quotation to achieve the objective required to obtain approval and start implementation
- Receiving invoices from suppliers after the completion of implementation and reviewing them for delivery to the accounts to extract the check
- Reviewing the designs of the display units before sending them for implementation to ensure their quality
- Registering suppliers in a database and updating it periodically for reference when necessary
- Follow-up on the finalization of the position of production invoices for display units to be handed over to the financial department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of business administration or any relevant degree
- One year of experience in the same field.
- Very good in Microsoft Office
- Very good in verbal and written English.
