Job title:
As a Contact Center Support Officer, you will interact with customers, supporting the telephone hotline function.
Your role:
Updates 3P databases and ensure maintaining all 3P Install base under Customer Service Agreement.
May schedule and records field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
NPS and Time to respond to customer Ensure full data and plans visibility with the team, stakeholders, and management and understand the areas of empowerment and when to escalate through appropriate channels.
Follows established procedures & processes on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments. Align requirements and data with CFC (customer fulfilment center) for accurate delivery.
You will be part of the Contact Center Support Team however you will get the chance to work with numerous stakeholders within the organization and you will report to the Services Operation Leader META region.
You will have an opportunity to improve your Operational skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.

You're the right fit if:
Bachelor’s degree.
Comprehensive PC skills e.g. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software applications.
Take ownership and be accountable for own actions. Have the ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as being able to articulate complex procedures by thinking laterally and offer creative solutions.
Be flexible and have the ability to manage change and a skilled worker with a number of coordinating tasks.
Have the ability to negotiate and use analytical skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks and to determine most cost-effective solutions to ensure operational excellence.
