Job Description
- Coordinating employees evaluation process and supporting Hiring Managers in this area.
- Support for Managers in terms of labor law and cooperation with Payroll Department in people topics.
- Leading projects and/or contributing to projects in terms of effectiveness improvement.
- Preparing internal communication and implement activities building employee engagement and creating good place to work flex-work organization.
- Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs
- Create and/or support project deliverables.
- Support recruiting programs which includes event planning, coordination, logistics administration.
- Operations Research Analysis - Determine data collection techniques and sources to conduct analysis and interpretation of human capital planning, management, and development initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Good command of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills is a plus
- University degree, Master in Human Resources Management preferred
- Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
- Excellent command of English.
