Job Description

  • Coordinating employees evaluation process and supporting Hiring Managers in this area.
  • Support for Managers in terms of labor law and cooperation with Payroll Department in people topics.
  • Leading projects and/or contributing to projects in terms of effectiveness improvement.
  • Preparing internal communication and implement activities building employee engagement and creating good place to work flex-work organization.
  • Lead and support tasks on engagements related but not limited to HR Service Delivery, Learning & Development, Communications, Change Management, and Compensation and Reward programs
  • Create and/or support project deliverables.
  • Support recruiting programs which includes event planning, coordination, logistics administration.
  • Operations Research Analysis - Determine data collection techniques and sources to conduct analysis and interpretation of human capital planning, management, and development initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Good command of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills is a plus
  • University degree, Master in Human Resources Management preferred
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  • Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent command of English.
