Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Implement production strategies to optimize output, reduce waste, and ensure high product quality.
- Manage and mentor production staff, providing leadership and guidance to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct frequent monitoring of actual productivity versus the set plan.
- Collaborate with the Factory Manager to develop and implement operational improvements.
- Address any issues related to resources and products in coordination with the relevant departments to ensure production at the best quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage production budgets and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues, resolve bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- from 3 to 5 years of experience in a production management role within the textile industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and production optimization techniques.
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
