Our client a public relations firm with international experience.

( This position reporting to the PR Consultant on function and to Head of Strategic Planning on Business )

Job Description Summary 

Organization

  • Further, enhance capabilities of the Digital/SM department and resources
  • Directly manage junior SM team members/resources and relay knowledge for proper team growth

Strategy Setting

  • Overall, lead on brand development through Digital. This includes identifying target customers, setting clear objectives, building effective content strategies to engage the right audience, increasing traffic, and boosting conversions.
  • Create/develop overall Digital strategies building on brand/corporate objectives that strongly reflect on bottom-line results

Job Description Details – Key Roles and Responsibilities

1-Manage SM Platforms:

  • Produce Content Calendars
  • Supervise Monitoring/Listening
  • Supervise Checking on Posts
  • Supervise Moderation
  • Successfully arrange photo shoots/designs with outsourced agency/photographer
  • Caption the images/videos
  • Collect all information and produce a shareable Content Calendar in the standard format
  • Supervise/Check-up on day-to-day platform activity of official SM channels and general online listening, make sure it’s going smoothly
  • Supervise fans/followers’ comments/questions are being handled by the moderator according to the latest approved Response Manual

2-Research

  • Brainstorm Content Creation
  • Brainstorm SM Activations
  • Supervise Identification of Trending Topics
  • Supervise Research on Field News & Updates
  • Check Analytics
  • Generate creative ideas for ways of sharing exciting content on social platforms with the team
  • Generate innovative social activations with the team to create a buzz around the client brand and engage with the target market
  • Supervise over research and development and keep the client updated with the latest trends & news in the social media field
  • Regularly check on social media analytics of client brands and evaluate the performance to adjust the strategy accordingly

3-Communication

  • Coordinate Meetings
  • Manage Time-plan/Calendar
  • Manage Action-plan
  • Supervise General Communication
  • Supervise Alerts to Client
  • Schedule and conduct a weekly internal team-meeting to discuss and update the latest projects
  • Schedule and conduct external meetings (client/agency) effortlessly when needed
  • Create a calendar or time-plan detailing up-coming events and social activations throughout the quarter and communicate dates with the team
  • Create an action-plan to organize the workflow and distribute tasks according to the time-plan of up-coming projects as well communicate clear and realistic deadlines to the team
  • Supervise the general internal/external communication process

4-Documentation

  • Build/Revise General Strategy
  • Build/Revise Response Manual
  • Write Proposals/Plans
  • Suggest Budgets
  • Manage Digital and Printed Assets
  • Revise Performance Reports
  • Supervise Keeping Track of Client/Agency Decisions
  • Produce a document that outlines the main points of the social media strategy presented to the client.
  • Produce a Response Manual of frequently asked questions.
  • Revise both documents (Strategy & Response Manual) every month and make sure they are adjusted and updated every 3 months.
  • Produce written presentations of proposed ideas to the client or any other plans that may be needed to execute the strategy successfully and efficiently.
  • Present suggested budgets for social media and social events related items based on research.
  • Manage library of digital and printed material in an efficient file-system
  • Supervise that client feedback has been logged - for reference

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 8 years of Experience Digital marketing , communication with Strategist skills
  • Strong understanding and expertise in digital content, accessibility, usability, architecture, development, and social media, as well as a proven understanding of search engine optimization and online measurement tools.
  • Excellent Command of English (Grammar and Punctuation Writing)

Working Hours: 10:00am – 4:00pm, Sunday to Thursday – AND subject to client/business needs.
