Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of the Chairman Office requirements.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word
  • Highly organized.
  • Good communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
