Job Requirements
- Implement the drawings as the client and globe standards and specs
- Coordinate all design development and approval processes to ensure they align with project requirements and standards
- Establish and implement a comprehensive drawing management system to organize and track design-related documents.
- Prepare and manage technical queries, addressing them with the client and consultants to ensure clarity and resolution.
- Develop scope of work for conceptual studies, and structural calculations, develop technical specifications, assist in contractor selection, and ensure quality control of the documents/ drawings
- creates all Civil/Structural documents/specs/drawings and provides technical support and expertise; independently as per the client's requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of method statements and procedures related to construction, , offering technical insights and features for work aspects.
- Coordinate the approval of drawings and take responsibility for distributing approved drawings for construction to relevant site personnel.
- Collaborate with site engineers to ensure that all work execution meets the required quality and safety standards. Resolve technical issues across all trades promptly.
- Provide technical support / coordinate with other disciplines
- Ability to evaluate different conceptual designs
- BS degree in the field of Civil /Structural Engineering from well-known university
- Fluent in English language – level B1/B2
- Taken and have license of BIM coordination course from Autodesk
- Fully Aware of all required Software REVIT OR TEKLA / AUTOCAD / SAP / ETABS.
- 5-7 years of experience in BIM structure modeling system
- Minimum 3 years of work experience IN GCC
