Job Description
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Manage various social media accounts, Plan and monitor the ongoing paid marketing campaigns on social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram ...Etc.).
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hoot suite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Preparing weekly/monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms.
- Create monthly editorial calendars and schedules.
- Create, edit, proofread and publish well-structured social media content using keyword searching tools and SEO guidelines to optimize content.
- Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience , with minimum of 1 year Experience in real estate is a must.
- Experience in SEO, social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp, development of blogs and forums.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication Skills.
- Strong Organizational and time management abilities.
- High Level of Creativity and commercial awareness
