Job Description
- Develops the marketing plan for his/her products to meet corporate goals for sales & profit achievement and growth.
- Ensures effective implementation of marketing plans (monitor, control, revise) and strategy to achieve annual profitability objectives.
- Plans and monitors marketing budgets.
- Develops messaging, marketing initiatives and marketing materials.
- Works closely with internal & external stakeholders to ensure integration and consistency of strategies, message and tactics, in addition to working to ensure timeliness of deliverables.
- Makes sure that the sales forces reps get & implement optimal product, medical and competitors knowledge.
- Acts as brand champion to crafts enthusiasm of the sales force.
- Prepares product and competitors’ knowledge.
- Assess the effectiveness of product strategies and monitor market intelligence and competitors’ products.
- Provides input on new product development through product development section.
- Manages the launch of new products and line extensions, and life cycle management.
- Applying the company policies and work for achieving its goals according to the ethics, rules & regulations.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English & Arabic (Written & Spoken).
- 2 years as a product manager with a successful record, preferred experience in medicated cosmetics therapeutic area and Derma, Dentistry specialty.
- Marketing diploma from a certified institute/university.
