Job Description
- Issuing and implementing yearly foreign and local forecast for all entire products
- Selecting products for purchase by analyzing the cost-quality of items in conjunction with department heads.
- Negotiating with Local suppliers to achieve optimum cost-quality and to ensure the target prices company's terms and conditions are met.
- Preparing the comparison evaluation sheets between local suppliers in accordance with the price, delivery terms, and quality to take the best decision of selection.
- Preparing full analytical progress reports based on monitoring day to day work progress actual vs. planned, to highlight any delayed activities in the supply chain cycle and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement (Foreign and Local ) records.
- Applying supply chain policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain processes while ensuring quality and safety.
- Inspecting, evaluating, monitoring purchased products order, delivery, storage .. etc.
- Monitoring, analyzing and supervising stock levels to maintain optimum business level.
- Coordinating with all supply Chain Sections ( Order Processing, Procurement, Regulatory and Customs) and collaborating with other departments to identify and maintain company resources to provide an effective full cycle of supply chain.
- Compiling and maintaining regulatory documentation databases and governmental portals.
- Gathering, evaluating, organizing, studying scientific documents
- liaising and negotiating with regulatory authorities ,ensuring compliance with EDA regulations
- arranging EDA regulatory inspections
- keeping up to date with changes in regulatory guidelines
- Submitting and finishing all importation/exportation files to EDA till receive their final approvals
- Submitting and ensuring new product registration files and fulfilling all EDA registration requirements till receiving registration approvals .
Job Requirements
- Experience needed :from 1-3 years as a supply chain specialist
- V.Good English level
- Education Level :Medical background is must
