Job Description
- Financial Follow-up & Reporting of projects under execution (Sales, Cash, unbilled, overdue).
- Controlling the project performance (scope, time, cost, quality and risk).
- Analyse and identify gaps between approved budget vs actual costs.
- Ensure all deliverables are presented according to the clients quality standards.
- Track project invoicing and payment schedules progress.
- Identify trends and root causes of deviations against the baseline and recommend remedial actions.
- Lead the evaluation of the project schedule, costs, and quality targets.
- Prepare project control reports with the current status
- Coordinate payments to vendors and subcontractors
- Review all the contracts draft before customers signature
- Review all the A/R accounts and projects reports on ERP on monthly basis and perform the required reconciliations
- Prepare and review the A/R aging report on monthly basis
- Assist in the month & year-end closing.
- Assist the accounting team during the tax inspection
Job Requirements
- BSc in Accounting from a reputable University.
- Experience 10 -12 years in an Engineering company. At least 5 years at a managerial level
- Computer skills is a must- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- English language is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
- ERP experience is a must.
