SaaS Product Enablement Manager

Job Summary:

• Drive the implementation of Dafater Commercialization platform, channels & tools.

Job Purpose:

• The candidate is responsible for the following directly or indirectly through his/her team:

Commercialization Platform Implementation & Support

• Drive the implementation and development as necessary of Dafater Commercialization platform which includes: Service Plan Management, Subscriptions Management, Subscribers Management, Provisioning, Entitlement and Billing,
• Align with the Growth team to handle future commercialization needs of future Product segmentation.
• Assure the platform meets the requirements of day-to-day Customer Success and Support teams to enable after-sales service provisioning.

Commercialization Platform Channels Implementation & Support.

• Own the implementation and development of Dafater Commercialization Channels including Web, Mobile, and other integrable channels.
• Responsible for the integration with financial and payment gateways and other payment methods.

Commercialization Dashboards & Data Science.

• Build the Commercialization Dashboards based on standard SaaS metrics and other input that support decision-making.
• Create the Commercialization Reports that supports day-to-day operations and enable decision-making.
• Utilize Data Science to build deeper understanding of Commercialization data and build on top of that.
• Integration enablement
• ·Responsible for the development and deployment of integration projects for large customers and third-party marketplaces.
• Responsible for the development and deployment of integration with local and global third-party marketplaces.
• Integration Channels & IPaaS
• Responsible for the development and deployment of Connectors and Plug-ins to our platform based on Dafater API.
• Own the development and deployment of any supporting tool like SDKs etc. if necessary to enable quicker and faster integration.
