Job Description
- - Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation For branches, warehouse and Head Office.
- - Maintain and guarantee commercial operation discipline through taking care of the following:
( -electrical systems - ACs - CCTV -Lighting -plumbing - carpentry - Fire fighting - Fire Alarm - Budget estimation - etc... )
- - Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- - Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors and directs daily of the management to ensure branch maintenance needs are efficiently and effectively met for optimum safety .
- - Evaluate cost of maintenance and review and submit proposals to obtain reasonable service price.
- - Monitor job quality through quality control inspections, quality reports and complaints.
- - Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- - Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- - Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- - Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
Job Requirements
- - Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- - Experience in commercial facility management.
- - Proven experience as maintenance manager .
- - Experience in planning maintenance operations
- - Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- - Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
