Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare structural shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and coordination drawings based on the project’s design drawings.
• Coordinate with other trades (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to resolve any conflicts or discrepancies
• Perform quantity takeoffs and ensure accurate material estimates based on project needs.
  Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, or conflicting technical details during construction
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project lifecycle
• Work flexibly between the takeoff and drafting departments, depending on project requirements.
