Job Description

  • Act as executive committee active member participating in company’s strategic & operational decisions to ensure achieving company’s objectives.
  • Cascading company’s strategy across all finance functions to ensure achieving short and long term objectives.
  • Define the corporate financial strategy, manage financial capital and communicate capital requirements/ implications of business decisions to CFO.
  • Oversee and monitor the financial position, banking and Financial activities and capital structure and monitor the respect of banking and financial covenants and hedging arrangements, as applicable.
  • Partner with the Board of Directors and Senior Management on all operational and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to the Board and Senior Management
  • Provide efficient financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing business strategy.
  • Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and take steps to enhance, where necessary, the internal control systems within the Company.
  • Oversee long term budgetary planning, forecasting and cost management in line with The Company's strategic plan.
  • Review the annual budget process and the monthly reporting to ensure achieving yearly objectives and targets.
  • Cascade The Company's financial strategies into an effective business plan at different financial functions to ensure maximum alignment and productivity.
  • Ensure and maintain effective and consistent financial management systems, policies, standards and reporting requirements
  • Oversee meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital.
  • Ensuring that Company's financial risk and exposure is carefully managed, including management of tax liabilities.
  • Oversee costing analysis and recommendations to ensure efficient financial operations.
  • Provide financial advice and analysis to The management in relation to proposed programs, projects and initiatives to minimize risks and increase revenues.
  • Provide reliable and consistent financial reporting and advice to the board to facilitate decision  making process
  • Increase profitability and reduce debt to ensure increasing the Company's equity value.
  • Develop and ensure appropriate key performance indicators across financial operations to monitor and drive the financial performance.
  • Facilitate internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Company's stakeholders on financial matters (banks, suppliers...etc).
  • Frequently assist and communicate with IR department regarding annual report, communications with analysts and investors.
  • Oversee legal affairs operations regarding major lawsuits and work progress to maintain company's rights.
  • Oversee engineering operations across the company to ensure opening the facilities on time with the agreed standards and budget.

People Management Responsibilities:

Performs all Management responsibilities to lead & Motivate own staff to ensure high morale and attainment of operational objectives by ensuring:

  • Employees have clear job objectives and challenging targets.
  • Employees receive appropriate coaching, learning & development.
  • Appropriate staffing of the department to ensure workload balance and high productivity.
  • Appropriate compensation and rewards, motivates and recognizes top performance based on actual performance and compliance with the company business conduct standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting/Finance Major.
  • CMA Holders Are Highly Preferred.
  • 10-15 year Experience ( Minimum 3 years as Finance Manager )
  • Experience in Hospitals is a Must.
  • Fully awareness by the accounting & finance Management standards.
  • Strategic problem solving skills, ability to develop and implement clear objectives, procedures and priorities.
  • Team Leader with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possessed analytical and critical reasoning skills
  • Excellent command of English language & Computer literacy.
