Job Description
Duty 1: Project Initiation and execution
- Coordinate with the engineers’ manager regarding the assigned projects and its requirements
- In case of supply projects
- Receive the technical submittal and shop drawings (Approved) from the technical office along with different project scope aspects (cost / timeline / quality)
- Coordinate with the warehouse to receive the units assigned to the project
- Deliver the units to the site and manage the collection of the contractor signed receiving record and release the supply BOQ
- Evaluate continuously the sub – contractor performance in terms of percentage of completion, Delivery timing, quality and financial capacity and
- Document and escalate to the projects’ manager in case of any reschedules or potential fines
- Report the execution of the project and Document the project status through the document cycle and report to the

- Provide as built document to the technical office
- In case of supply and install
- Coordinate with the technical office engineer to approve the shop drawing and conclude the technical submittal
- Receive the technical submittal and shop drawings (Approved) from the technical office along with different project scope aspects (cost / timeline / quality)
- Coordinate with the warehouse to receive the units assigned to the project
- Deliver the units to the site and manage the collection of the contractor signed receiving record
- Manage the documentation requirements collection from the customer and consultant as per the project stages starting from site initial receiving record till the site delivery record
- Manage all documents delivery to the technical office engineer to document control
- Provide as built document to the technical office
Duty 2: Follow up with the start up
- Coordinate with the QC engineer to ensure the completion of the startup process and escalate to the projects’ manager in case of any rework assignment needed
Duty 3: Managing Maintenance projects
- Receive the startup record and warrantee certification from the Projects’ Admin in order to define if the project under warranty or require initiation of maintenance contracts
- Initiate and execute maintenance plan for the periodic projects’ visits
- For emergency visits, Plan the resources (manpower) for satisfying the lead time requirements from the customers
- Manage the customer receiving for the maintenance service and coordinate with the finance in order to issue the bills for visits
Job Requirements
Education & Certifications
- BSc degree in Engineering, Mechatronics Majored

- 1 to 4 years’ experience in the field
