● Creation of LLD and Prerequisite for OpenShift Container Platform deployment
● Assist the review of the implemented design documentation
● Assist with new application onboarding on OCP Platform
● Assist with OCP network policy review and operational best practice implementation
● Assist on OCP Internal image registry management best practice implementation and automation
● Assist with OCP storage (PV,PVC) management best practice
● Assist with OCP security management best practice using ACS implementation
● Assist on OCP ingress and Egress traffic management best practice implementation by scaling the router pods
● Manage status and health of OpenShift
● Integration of OCP cluster to ACM, ACS and Quay
● Creation of new policy in ACM and ACS
● Managing the lifecycle management of application using ACM
● Applying compliance to OCP cluster using ACS
● Secure OpenShift- Patches and maintain the security architecture / policies defined during LLD
● Collaborate with the Customer capacity team and provide technical inputs.
● Be able to analyze OpenShift performance issues and provide solutions.
● Review, stabilize, and plan container next-phase infrastructure and deployment pipeline implementation
● Assist customer in creating new CI/CD pipelines using tekton
● Review, stabilize, and plan container next-phase infrastructure and deployment pipeline/CICD implementation
● Adapt an existing CI/CD pipeline to support the container-native infrastructure components
● Enhance an existing CI/CD pipeline in support of the selected runtime and net new application
● Creating SOP ( standard operating procedures) for application onboarding and CICD
● Assist with Service Mesh integration and Platform performance tuning on the best effort basis.
● Collaborate with Ops team for identification of critical updates, upgrades and validating such in non-prod/prod setup.
● Help in troubleshooting the production critical issues \ Priority 1 tickets in conjunction with Red Hat Global Support Services (GSS).
