Job Description
- Meeting with the concerned departments to discuss & understand their exact needs.
- Create new items on SAP to fulfill the concerned departments requests on time.
- Obtaining further information about new items to be created to resolve any discrepancies in information and avoid items duplications.
- Update current & new items weights on SAP to ensure accurate data on the system.
- Create & update bills of material to plan purchases of materials, estimate costs, plan for and control inventory and minimize production delays and waste.
- Create, manage and track Barcoding System for faster and easier tracking of inventory in a warehouse.
- Link all items and services to their predefined financial groups to ensure accurate cost centers.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
- Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Fresh Graduate or 1-year experience in data collection & entry.
- Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software.
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch-typing system is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong eye for details & analytical skills.
- Good command of English Language.
