Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head ofBusiness Training and Corporate Education. In this role, you will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing comprehensive training programs aimed at enhancing theskills and knowledge of our employees across various departments, with a primaryfocus on sales, client relationship management, and technical support.Responsibilities:● Product Knowledge (IT and Finance): Develop a deep understanding of ourcompany's products, including their technical aspects and financial implications.Ensure employees are well-versed in the features, functionalities, and benefits ofour offerings.● Market Expertise (Brokerage and Fintech): Provide comprehensive training on thebrokerage and fintech landscape, including market trends, competitive analysis,and regulatory frameworks. Equip employees with the knowledge of the industry.● Behavioral Psychology and Customer Engagement: Integrate principles ofbehavioral psychology into training programs to enhance customer interactionsand relationships. Teach employees of effective communication strategies,empathy, and problem-solving skills to meet client needs and exceedexpectations.● Develop customized training programs tailored to the specific needs of sales,client relationship, and technical support teams (and afterwards for the otherdepartments).● Control the design of training materials, modules, and curriculum to ensurerelevance, clarity, and effectiveness.● Utilize a variety of training methods, including workshops, seminars, e-learningmodules, and on-the-job training, to cater to diverse learning styles and maximizeengagement.● Implement assessment tools, feedback mechanisms, and performance metricsto evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.● Continuously monitor training outcomes and make adjustments as necessary toachieve desired results.● Stay aware of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies toenhance training content and delivery methods.● Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop a resource plan and budgetfor the training stream.● Ensure efficient allocation of resources to support training initiatives.● Establish a system of regular attestation to assess employee competence andadherence to training standards.● Work closely with managers to create personalized performance plans for eachteam member, including individual development goals and milestones.● Build and lead a team of business trainers, ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and values.● Measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance, customersatisfaction, and overall business success.● Prioritize client readiness by equipping teams with the knowledge, skills, andconfidence to effectively engage with clients.● Provide ongoing support to empower employees in delivering exceptionalcustomer experiences.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, education, or arelated field. Master's degree preferred.● Proven experience (10 years) in designing and delivering training programs in acorporate setting, preferably in the fintech industry or financial services sector.● Strong understanding of financial markets, financial products, and the fintechlandscape.● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability toengage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.● Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate programeffectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.● Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training-relatedsoftware is a plus.
